Job Summary:
As a Markets Asset Service Analyst within the Markets Asset Service Team, you play a vital role in processing global income and corporate actions for a diverse range of securities, including equities and fixed income products. You will work closely with trading desks, middle office, finance, and settlements, gaining exposure to various operational functions and building comprehensive product knowledge. Your contributions help ensure seamless asset servicing and support the firm's commitment to excellence. You will be part of a collaborative team that values innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities:
• Process dividends, coupons, and corporate action events (voluntary and mandatory) across multiple global markets, including the US, Canada, Central, and South Americas.
• Liaise daily with front and middle offices, depositories, global custodians, and market counterparties to ensure accurate and timely asset servicing.
• Produce daily management reports and perform reconciliations to maintain operational integrity.
• Investigate and resolve exceptions related to asset servicing events, ensuring prompt issue resolution.
• Research claims and facilitate timely payments to counterparties and clients.
• Identify and implement efficient, cost-effective process improvements to enhance team performance.
• Understand and support trade flows, including stock borrow loan, repo, and buy/sell transactions.
• Maintain strong risk and control awareness, implementing effective mitigating controls.
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment, building relationships across business lines and functions.
• Prioritize workloads and meet critical deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Utilize data analytical tools to support operational excellence.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of asset servicing and experience within a securities operations environment.
• Understanding of the transaction and trade lifecycle.
• Flexibility and adaptability to rapidly changing business and technology needs.
• Strong risk and control awareness, with the ability to implement mitigating controls.
• Ability to prioritize workloads and meet critical deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Exceptional problem-solving and issue resolution skills.
• Proficiency with data analytical tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment and strong collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
• Demonstrated expertise in global income and corporate actions processing, with strong knowledge of market infrastructure, settlement, and regulatory compliance.
• Skilled in managing stock borrow loan, repo, and buy/sell transactions, including reconciliation and exception management.
• Advanced analytical and reporting abilities, consistently identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Experienced in collaborating with diverse teams in fast-paced environments, building strong professional relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, focused on fostering effective partnerships and driving cross-functional collaboration.
• Adaptable to new technologies, with hands-on experience in AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, and intelligent process tools to boost efficiency and accuracy.
